Tao Yin

Tao Yin literally translates as " Directing the Chi" and can be viewed as a Chinese Yoga. A great complement to the more Yang Chi Kung practices. This involves learning to twist the tendons of the limbs and spine, stretching the psoas, while coordinating movements with the breath. Each vertebrae can be controlled and moved back into correct position to assist opening of the conception and governing meridians. Chi is directed to the desired meridian using the empty force breath, the mind and appropriate relaxation.
